How does PassWords work?

Basically your added passwords are encrypted and stored on our private servers for as long as you wish. Accessible from any place and under a lot of layers of protection your data is un-breachable and un-hackable.

Our platform has been designed to be safe and at the same time minimalistic for the best user experience and ease of use.

Can I use PassWords for free?

Right now we offer a 30 days trial after which you will have to buy a membership.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, PaySafe and Bitcoin and we are constantly trying to add new payment gateways.

Does your platform work on IOS?

Our platform works on every browser and our app is supported on Android and IOS.

How much money goes to charity?

We are looking to be as transparent as possible and at the end of each month 10% of all of our revenue goes to the NGO’s of the user’s choice.

Does the app work offline?

Yes, the apps also work offline but you are not able to add new passwords, read-only.

Can I reset my credentials?

You can only reset your password. If you lose any other credential you will have to get in touch with us and we will reset your account completely after we verify your identity.

What if I’m not satisfied?

If you are not satisfied with out product you have 30 days to ask for a full refund. If we fail to deliver you are entitled to a refund at any time of the membership access.
